Group Appointment Service £ 59
Visa Application Centre arranges Group Appointment Bookings for organizations, tour operators and large families who want to bring groups of applicants to visa Application Centres where they have been unable to coordinate appointments online.
This service includes also preliminary bundling of passports in the passport delivery section, which allows to save time while picking up ready passports by the group leader.
- This service is optional and additional fee of 59 GBP per group (5 to 25 people, having appointments at Visa Centre on the same day) is charged for it
- Only people traveling together are considered a group
Priority Visa Processing £ 184 (non-settlement)
UK Visas & Immigration offers a standard 15 working day service to all customers applying for a non-settlement visa. The Priority Visa Service ensures that your application will be processed at the front of the queue. We aim to process Priority Visas within 5 working days from the date of your appointment at the UK Visa Application Centre.
This service is only available to customers applying in one of the following visa categories:
• a visit visa with a validity of six months
• Points Based System (PBS) Tier 4
• Points Based System (PBS) Tier 5
Please Note: Using the Priority Visa Service will not influence the outcome of your visa application. The Priority Visa fee is not refundable if your visa application is refused or in the unlikely event we are not able to meet the advertised processing time. It is not possible to purchase this service after you have submitted your application at the UK Visa Application Centre. This service is not available to customers applying for an EEA Family Permit or a visa to enter a Commonwealth country, a British Overseas Territory or a Crown Dependency (the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man).

Settlement Priority Visa Service £ 551
UK Visas & Immigration offers a standard 60 working day service to customers applying for a settlement visa.
The Settlement Priority Visa Service ensures that your application will be processed at the front of the queue. We aim to process Settlement Priority Visas within 15 working days from the date of your appointment at the UK Visa Application Centre.
Please note: Using the Priority Visa Service will not influence the outcome of your visa application. The Priority Visa fee is not refundable if your visa application is refused or in the unlikely event we are not able to meet the advertised processing time.
It is not possible to purchase this service after you have submitted your application at the UK Visa Application Centre. This service is not available to customers applying for an EEA Family Permit, Family Reunion or to those who have not paid the full settlement visa fee.

Walk-in Without Appointment £ 59
TLScontact kindly offers you to benefit from Walk-in Without Appointment service, that helps you feel flexible and apply earlier or later to your scheduled time. Using this service, you are free to apply, if you were late for your appointment time, or if you would like to apply earlier. In case, when you have missed the date of your appointment Walk-in service will allow you to apply on the date you came to the visa application centre. Service is provided on working days from 9 a.m. till 4 p.m. We are offering you the opportunity to pay for this service by cash or by card in our centres right before your submission.
Visa application centre provides high quality photocopy service. Service can be purchased in all TLScontact centres and paid by cash or by card.
Keep My Passport When Applying Service £ 51
Keep My Passport When Applying Service enables applicants to make a UK visa application while retaining possession of their passport until a decision has been made.
You will need to bring your passport with you when making your visa application but will only need to submit your supporting documents, taking your passport back with you. Once a decision on your application has been made, you will be contacted to bring your passport back to the UK Visa Application Centre to complete the process.
Keep My Passport When Applying Service is available to applicants who meet the following application criteria:
- Visitor visa categories for 2 years, 5 years, 10 years
- Tier 1 and Tier 2 application categories
- Tier 5 application categories
- Settlement applications
- A sole representative of an overseas business
- Overseas/commonwealth territories with a referral to the relevant immigration authorities
You will need to submit a full copy of all the pages of your passport.
Prime Time Appointment Service £ 75
A Prime Time Appointment allows customers to submit their UK visa application outside of normal working hours. The service costs an additional GBP 75.00 and is available to all customers applying at the UK Visa Application Centres in Moscow and St. Petersburg, excluding Tier 4 General customers, who have to book only Tier 4 General appointments. To purchase this service first book your Prime Time Appointment on Visa4UK and then log in to your personal account on this website.
The customers may choose to submit their application between 08:00 – 09:00 and 17:00 – 19:00 Monday to Friday.
Extended Passback hours 2500 RUB
Passport collection outside of the Passback normal working hours. Extended Passback Hours service is available on VAC working days from 5 PM to 7 PM.
£14 GBP — For Moscow and Moscow region (50 km diameter)
This service allows applicant to receive his/her passport returned by express courier at the end of the application process. TLScontact will process the passport for delivery on the day we receive it back from the decision making centre. Applicants should expect to receive their passport in most cases within 1-3 business days depending on the area selected.
Use of the Return Courier Service is dependent upon availability of courier delivery to the address provided by the applicant and will be determined at the centre at the time of application. Courier service after documents submission date
The applicants, who would like to receive their passport by courier and decided to order it after documents submission date, are be able to enjoy “Courier service after Documents Submission Date” service and feel free to wait for the courier at home.
Service could be paid onsite only via Greenpass service centre.
This service provides you a message alert once your application has been processed and your passport has been returned to TLScontact. It will inform you that you can pick up your passport from your submission centre or your passport is being sent back to you by courier if you have chosen the return Courier Service.

Compulsory health insurance
Now all applicants can take out the travel insurance directly in the TLScontact office!
According to the Russian legislation, in particular Federal Law № 155-FZ, the insurance is obligatory for all abroad travelers (including Great Britain) with the minimum coverage in the amount of 2 million rubles.
Health insurance card grants you a financial protection equal to 30.000 euro and is valid throughout the territory of all Europe. For convenience’s sake it is possibly to take out the long-term travel insurance for one year.

Biometric Enrolment appointment for OCBE (free to use)
This service is to provide biometric information for overseas British citizenship applicants ONLY.
It is not a requirement for other visa applicants.
